WML is not responsible for any packages lost, mishandled, stolen, or damaged once shipped. WE highly encourage purchasing ROUTE protection at the point of purchase. This will protect your order in transit.

All sales are final but we will consider a return on a case by case basis. We do accept exchanges on a case by case basis. A customer is responsible for all shipping costs - in returning of product for exchange. We allow a grace period of five days after the deliver date for exchanges. After the seven days, your order is not eligible for exchange.
