Biggest lesson you’ve learned through mental health:

Mental health is the most important thing in anyone’s life. I try to dedicate myself to increase awareness of it so people know they are not alone; that reaching out and getting help shows how strong you are, not how weak. I’ve personally struggled with anxiety and depression and it took over my life at a certain time until I got my therapist and she’s the best thing to ever happen to me. Anxiety is something I’m still learning to deal with but the low times of my life shaped me to be the exact person I knew I was supposed to be. It enlightened me in a way and taught me things that only going through it could teach. Everyone’s journey is different but I can say once you get help it does get better, cheesy but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Exciting projects coming up:

Actually yes! I just officially signed a contract on being apart of a brand. I’m super excited to share everything when i finally announce it towards the end of the year. I get to be super involved which I’ve never really done before. I love being able to design things and bring my eye / style to it.

Best advice for upcoming models:

If you’re ready to commit your life something fully and have the time & passion then do it! Don’t let anyone take your dream away from you. I truly believe If you work hard enough for something you can accomplish it. There will be way more “No’s” then yes’s. You need to stay true to the inner you because this industry can rip you apart. My manager Rhiyen said something important to me, he was like you have as many chances as you give yourself, no matter how many times u get knocked down you give urself another chance each time u get up. it’s in your own hands how many opportunities you have. Basically you get as many shots in life as you prepared to stand up and bat for.

I believe in blessings, call it luck or whatever you want but of course. I feel insanely blessed to live the life I do and to be surrounded by extraordinary people doing what I love.
